Shipping Policy

We use couple different courier companies to ensure a seemless delivery is done within the UAE. The time you place your order will affect when you will receive your order.

We will send you an email to confirm delivery. We offer Cash on Delivery service within the UAE.

Delivery charges:

Delivery is free for order over AED 400 within the UAE. Orders will be delivered within 2 days in most cases next day.

Dubai – AED 12

Sharjah – AED 14

Abu Dhabi – AED 19

RAK & Umm al Quwain – AED 32

Some areas in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are considered remote hence delivery might take longer.

Delivery is available within rest of the world, please get in touch with us before placing an order so we can confirm the shipping charges. 

Orders are shipped from the UAE and international customers might be charged import duties/taxes according to the local regulations. These must be paid by the customer and Kyshmysh LLC is not liable for any of these charges.
